I ordered some beers three weeks ago but they still haven't arrived. I've contacted customer services several times about this but keep getting the same stock response that the beers are on their way, despite the fact that this clearly isn't true. They haven't apologised once and blame the delay on a delivery address change. The reason the address had to change is because Beer Hawk got it wrong in the first place (I ordered over the phone) and, regardless, I don't understand why an address change would cause a three week delay anyway. I've asked for a refund a couple of times but this request has just been flat out ignored so I don't hold out much hope of getting my money back. From reading other reviews I can see that Beer Hawk orders are usually good (when they work) but, if something goes wrong, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
