Very efficient ordering over the 'phone with good updates on order confirmation and delivery progress.
Slight hitch in that I requested a delivery on Saturday ( and paid extra for that ) but it was delivered on Friday ( i.e. early ).
I guess they thought this would be better service but was disappointing as no-one was there to take delivery.
Overall though, I was impressed.
