Ordered the beer as a gift and it was dispatched very quickly. This was where the positive news ended. It didn't arrive, and I had no contact from either UK Mail or Beer Hawk. 5 days after the proposed delivery day I rang UK Mail who informed me the case had been returned to beer hawk because it was damaged. I rant Beer hawk to be told the customer services department was closed and they would contact me. 4 days passed, no contact. I rang the company again to be told the department was closed. I later received a voicemail from Beer Hawk saying my order was dispatched and missed delivery because I wasn't in.. It did not contain even an apology, and even sounded accusation all as if it was my fault for being out at work. The fact the case was damaged and caused a delay isn't the source of frustration but the lack of contact from either UK Mail or Beer Hawk was outrageous.
