All the items ordered - beers and glasses - were good and as expected. However I had a problem in that 2 parts of my order were missing and presumed forgotten about. All items were gifts for my son's birthday and we didn't realise that it was only a part order until the large boxes were opened on his birthday. They were dispatched quickly after I emailed and asked where they were. Also I was very disappointed not to get my goods in the 3 day time limit advertised on the website as they were gifts and I felt let down. Further to this I have had no apology from Beer Hawk at all. I am in Naked Wines wine club and their Customer Service is outstanding. Any problems with delivery or the wine etc and they are very quick to apologise.
