The website was easy to navigate and the delivery was well organised and updated, although this was a birthday gift so it would've been nice to have a precise delivery day to choose, rather than within two days. It would also be reassuring to get a delivery confirmation email or text that the surprise gift reached its destination.
I would highly recommend the service but quite pricey.
