With my initial order, I ordered 17 bottles but I was somewhat dismayed when only 2 arrived. I contacted Beer Hawk and they despatched the missing 15 in reasonably quick time. I guess the incomplete delivery was more the fault of the courier company, UKMail. Customer service at Beer Hawk is quite good. I have to fall short of calling it very good on the grounds that I had to make 2 phone calls regarding the missing beers; the first phone call appears to have been ignored by the person I spoke with (or they at least failed to keep me updated). The next day I called again and this time the person I spoke with dealt with the problem much more efficiently, keeping me updated throughout and getting the replacements to me within 2 days. This has not put me off buying from them again.
