Only stated that it didn't arrive on time as I had to contact them to remind them about my order, I left it 4 days before contacting (their website states 3-day delivery time frame) the lady I spoke to was pleasant and helpful and when the order did arrive (the day after I contacted them). Was well packaged and labelled. Overall a decent experience and hopefully next time will be better :)
