Beer Hawk are the second company I've used to buy beer by mail order, so my scope for comparison is limited. But while their range is possibly less extensive, everything I ordered was delivered (ie, no surprise substitutions). Their delivery charge is lower too (though as I ordered more than £50-worth of beer, the delivery came free anyway). The bottle of Founders Centennial IPA was past its sell-by date, albeit just by two weeks and I didn't suffer any ill effects as a result. The order arrived promptly. So on balance, a positive experience, and I'm pretty sure I'll be using them again.
