The only reason I have given slightly lower marks is not about the products, I am extremely happy with. Unfortunately I had terrible trouble with the delivery. I was promised on four deprecate occasions that my delivery would be made. The reason for the gift was a birthday surprise which it didn't arrive in time for. No one could help, in fact a young lady from your staff said, " I don't know what you want me to do about it" not a good response to a upset customer.
