Easy to order online. Beer I wanted was out of stock but on phoning I was told when it was due in. I called back next day to be told it had arrived and would be put up on website immediately so I could order it. This happened in minutes. With regards to delivery. We had to go away for a couple of days at short notice so when T the email from the delivery company came through I needed to change the delivery date. This was simple to do via their website. They emailed me a 1 hour delivery slot in the morning and delivered right on time.
