Ordered 2 cases "Octoberfest Bier" received 1 case on the Friday,was told should get 2nd on Monday,non arrived.
After numerous phone calls,eventually received 2nd case the next Thursday,packed very amateurishly and instead of 15 bottles only 14 bottles,1 missing so now waiting for 1 bottle to arrive.
