I ordered a case of craft beer cans and then a few other single item beers. The case came within a couple of days, no problem. But there was no sign of the other beers. Several phones calls, emails and tweets laterlater I finally got the remaining beers (roughly two weeks after the initial order). I did receive verbal apologies over the phone but that's it. Perhaps a nice gesture would have been a written note of apology or even a free beer (not that I was looking for this). But then that would require having firm control of your stock and logistics, which patently isn't the case with this company. Only right at the very end of the process could they tell me when the order would actually be delivered (and even then it came with a "fingers crossed it gets there on time!" message). Prior to this, the best I got was reassurance that it would definitely be delivered at some point. I also got sent the same bespoke email message twice - ie on two separate occasions, in response to two separate emails. The message didn't even make sense. I should say that there was nothing wrong with the actual beer but it's hard for me to recommend this company based on the experience I had.
