Beer is good. Delivery is hit and miss. Especially in London. Customer service is polite, friendly and helpful, but awfully slow at answering / resolving queries.
I've been using BeerHawk for a few years and I've experienced several minor issues - missing items /late delivery /vouchers that do not work.
Average mark reflects no improvement on their ability to deliver what was ordered or deliver when they said say and average customer service. Which all needlessly distract from the great range of beers.
Better and quicker responses / communication please.
And a real time chat support option with longer contact opening hours would be welcome.
