Ordered 2 crates only 1 arrived. Chased numerous times everytime im told head office will call you back. Numerous excuses as to why the order has not arrived. Eventually i am told a fresh order has been placed with express delivery. No delivery after a week. Again i have chased and requested a refund. Am told head office can only authorise that, so am still waiting for confirmation.
Would never order again, clearly the processes in the company are poor, how can noone provide confirmation of delivery or useful information without the say so of head office.
