I ordered a perfect draft machine with 2 x beer kegs. Machine arrived without the kegs. Phoned to ask why and was told that there were difficulties with the beer keg supply and no date for delivery could be confirmed. Result machine with no beer. Opted to send the machine back and then got bounced between the different published telephone numbers trying to organise this. It was not even possible for the customer service department to explain to me if a returns label for the carrier would be needed. Eventually machine was collected and a credit given but i was left feeling that this was a very poor customer experience all round. Be aware.
