I have been ordering from Beer Hawk since January evry month. I have had issues 4 to be exact but every time I have contacted them the customer service has been exemplary. This for me is one huge reason why I will continue to use Beer Hawk.
Do not get the order line confused with customer services they are different people doing different jobs. The beer selection is wonderful and prices are very competitive.
My orders have also been delivered promptly on the exact time and day promised. This says a great deal about the delivery partner also.
