I researched and placed my order, only to call up and told it had been cancelled with no reason given. The order could not be automatically placed again, instead the customer services gave me a list of what I ordered for me to go online and place the order again. Which is quite inconvenient and time consuming. It was also for a birthday present and now over a week late. I go online this morning to re-order and the site isn't working, I am unable to add anything to basket. They have a good selection of beer but the order process needs drastic improvements. I havent managed to try any beer yet!!
