Same old story as most of the other people here. Ordered an advent calendar in September, for delivery approx a month later. Got an email about delays. Then was given a tracking number after a few weeks. Delivery never happened. UKMail don't know where the order is. Have contacted Beerhawk a few times now. No response. I am now using Google to look into this as Beer Hawk is a certified shop(!), and will be talking with Amex about my order. How do companies like this survive?
