I ordered the advent calendar and tasting pack in September. After many emails and false promises delivery dates moved from Friday to Monday and moved again. I gave up and cancelled the order on Friday 25th November. I was told by James that they would send me a copy of the receipt which they did only this was dated 21/11/16. How can you pre date a refund.The company have not replied to my last few emails. the phone rings and they hang up. Tonight I have emailed them for the last time to inform them that I am reporting them for fraudulent activity and have contacted my bank.
