I ordered a mixed German case. Even though all the individual beers were shown as in stock, when the case arrived 40% of the beers were replacements and all replacements were weissbiers which should have accounted for under 10% of the case. In trying to resolve this, I was promised by Louise that a replacement would be sent the next day and the first case collected. This just didn't happen and after a number of phone calls I finally negotiated a partial refund. Not what I call good customer service!!!
