Hi, we received advent calendar but have given the advent calendar to my husband tonight so that he could open the first door that says to open, and there is nothing there in the first hole, as the whole lot has collapsed inside.
Advent calendar is useless now as we then opened no. 1 to find that everything is half a line out of sync, and nothing can be retrieved. Useless!! Please can you urgently send another one as this was a lot of money and was part of my husband's christmas present and now it is all spoilt.
