I have been using Beer Hawk for the past few months and thoroughly enjoyed the variety of beers on offer. Delivery has always been on time (2 days after you have placed the order), so they get top marks for that. I have had a few incidents where an incorrect beer have been shipped, and one other occasion where a beer was left out the batch completely. I did managed to get hold of customer services with ease, and they resolved my issue by sending me a discount voucher on my next order. Overall I find Beer Hawk very efficient, friendly and most importantly not too expensive. I will continue to be a loyal customer for many years to come. Many thanks Matt J Day
