I have recently placed two beer orders. Reading the very large number of negative reviews I was very concerned that I would encounter problems in getting my beers delivered. In fact I did experience problems in speaking to them. I am therefore pleased to report that both orders have arrived in good order, so credit where credit is due. I just hope for their sake they smarten up their business act - there are competitors out there!
