Absolutely appalling.
The advent calendar turned up broken then the second one turned up unusable as all the bottles had fallen out of the holes.
The customer service was disgusting. They don't answer the phones, don't reply to emails and then when they offer you a refund they don't actually do it so you then have to chase them up again.
Wouldn't recommend or use beer hawk again.
