Did not deliver until I complained about not receiving, then got delivery wrong. There is no dedicated customer service telephone line, which is ridiculous, therefore you cannot speak to somebody to get any problems sorted out straight away. Only after phoning, emailing, and tweeting repeatedly did someone finally reply to say "oh sorry the item we've charged you for but not delivered is out of stock." Overall a terrible experience.
