I placed an order on Black Friday for a PerfectDraft machine and 2 kegs, then had a customer service email a week later explaining there would be a delivery delay due to high sales volumes, which was understandable. However two weeks later, I still have not received my order and I called customer service only to be told that my order had gone 'missing' and that it would be reordered. No re-delivery estimate, or apologies for any delay... a poor start for my first order with Beerhawk I'm afraid!
