I've used Beer Hawk many times and I'm always happy to come back. On this occasion, I did have a number of issues, where my original case turned out to be out of stock, and then the replacement turned out to also be out of stock, so it ended up taking a while to get to me in the end.
However, once I got in touch with them via Twitter, they were able to resolve the issues to my satisfaction.
