Customer service continues to degenerate - it is now at the point of utter farce.
Order placed on 25th November for a Xmas present - I have now made contact by phone 12 times - each time being given a different story and various solutions.
Finally Stuart noted a problem in the system on Monday 12th December and the fact that the order had been lost in the system - despite overtime being 1. Listed at a composite address I never entered - 2. Listed at the wrong address 3. Listed as being delivered.
I was promised Stuart would personally ensure it would be posted on Tuesday 13th December - having checked on the system - it is still listed as being in the Warehouse - I have now rung Customer Services 20 times this afternoon to check - 15 times it simply rung out or aborted after 1 ring and 5 times it is eventually answered by an external 'order line' - who have no access to or knowledge of the system.
