Had read a few negative comments but my experience has been the opposite. I was kept in touch regarding my delivery and bearing in mind it is a busy period this was no problem, was also given a discount voucher for further orders by way of an apology. I subsequently ordered again and the delivery was within a couple of days. Items purchased are my husbands Christmas present so hopefully he will be just as happy .
