I first purchased from BeerHawk 5 weeks ago, a slight delay in product being supplied due to manufacturing delay made me wonder how BeerHawk would address this. they without any intervention from myself emailed and called to supply an update and kindly compensated due to the delay that was outwith their control.
My second order had an estimated delivery time of up to 5 days, I was amazed 2 days later it was with me.
I would like to thank BeerHawk for keeping me as a customer a priority and look forward to doing more business in 2017.
