Brilliant website with a fantastic selection of beers and a simple ordering process. The final delivery process is also very good with a tracking service so that a quite accurate timing is achieved.
My problem has been that both of my orders have failed to be delivered within the timescales quoted on the website. If you can't achieve the three or five days you offer please advise before accepting the order.
It is just not good enough to blame Black Friday or the busy Christmas period. The seven and 11 days my beer took to arrive is just not acceptable.
