Every company can make slip ups , picking errors, poor communications. I always say what differentiates companies is how they deal with issues if they arise. The Beer Hawk guys were outstanding in fixing an issue I had with the Champion Bottled Beer Case. So 5*s and the knowledge they will receive more business in the future.
