i ordered the beer glass and stand. Only the glass arrived. After several phone calls chasing and given false information, which I have now got to make an extra visit to my parents home. We looked in bins as I was told the stand had been delivered. I was told the stand would be delivered by Wednesday but I found that the order was only placed on Wednesday after I chased for a third time.
I believe I spoke to Stuart on Thursday who gave a great customer and service, everyone else was incompetent and useless.
