I ordered a quak gift set and a mystery box.
The order came promptly, however the mystery box is meant to contain 15 beer. It only had 10 in.
I called customer services and spoke to someone and heard nothing back. 1 week later I called again and spoke to someone and heard nothing again. I called back again the next day and there was no record of the earlier calls. Again I have had no response. This is a Christmas present. I'm really disappointed. Customer services have been friendly but done absolutely nothing to resolve this matter!
