My order was delayed, emailed customer service and they sorted it straight away, one of my beers was out of stock gave me a choice wait 3 days for them to come in or refund. Chose to wait and as a gesture for not having the beer in stock they credited my account with 10 pounds of beer tokens!
I have used these guys a lot and they are always excellent be it customer service, delivery schedule or selection of beers available. Would highly recommend them to anyone who enjoys good beer from around the world, keep up the great work
