Really good website, easy to navigate and well thought out. I contacted customer services several times following issues with delivery - they were very good and after a bit of back and forth agreed to sort things out. My final order wasn't actually correct but I came off better for it cost wise. I originally ordered 2 different beers and a matching glass. I ended up with two glasses and two of the same beer. If this was for me then I'd have been over the moon but the beers I actually ended up getting were the "try" and the one I didn't get was the "liked" as they have only had one of the beers. I'll likely buy again and see if the order comes through correct this time
