Ordered a Phillips keg dispenser; cracking deal with two free kegs. Was ordered a week before Christmas but website promised delivery in time. Was thrilled when delivery turned up until I realised it was missing the dispenser...on phoning them they knew it was as it was "out of stock" would have been nice to have been told before delivery! However after numerous phone calls/emails the dispenser turned up on Christmas Eve. Products and price great; just a bit of work needed to keep customers informed of updates.
