Ordered a 15 bottle beer club membership but the first month it arrives with only 8 in! Raised this with customer service via the website who quickly rectified this.
However despite asking twice at the same time as I raised the missing order they didn't respond to my other 2 questions. One was regarding a 10% discount they advertised on their website, so they didn't get my subsequent order.
This was mid December so they were busy with Christmas orders but to only give half a response to my email, that was disappointing
