My order went in on 17th November and eventually arrived 22nd December after around 15 phone calls at various times in between. Often I was unable to get through to customer services and was redirected to the order line. they tell you will get rung back. I never was (about 7 times!).
My order was reordered 3 times before it eventually arrived!
It was the 15 finalists from the CAMRA Bottled beer awards. Two of the top three were not included and I was given replacements.
During my attempts to locate my purchases I I read reviews on the internet. Many customers had complaints. Perhaps I should have complained more as I was mot offered any compensation - or and extra bottle to say sorry!
I will not be using Beerhawk again.
I felt really let down and at one point was worried that they didn't even exist and it was all a scam.
