Missing bottles off order, had to chase numerous times before they eventually refunded the difference - they didn't seem to know what they were doing. The same thing happened last year - I don't think they have the resources to cope at busy times. They need to improve their stock control - why let people order stock they don't have?
It's a pity I can't recommend them...they have a good beer selection, but it's a lottery to get the beers you've ordered.
