I ordered two of the Christmas selection boxes, which arrived promptly and well packaged. The quality of the products were great, and the recipients seemed really pleased. Unfortunately I'd ordered another item that wasn't included in the package. Upon contacting Beer Hawk, I was told the item was out of stock. This was a shame, as it was a Christmas gift. I was disappointed that I hadn't been told beforehand as I would've chosen something else. Beer Hawk did credit my account with some Beer Tokens to compensate. I would definitely recommend the site overall!
