We ordered a perfect draft pump and 2 kegs before Christmas and, even though it took longer than 5 days for delivery, BeerHawk answered emails immediately when I queried this and explained why there was a delay. Also, one of the kegs was faulty when it arrived, but they changed it immediately. In fact, the new one arrived within a couple of days in perfect condition. All in all, the products we ordered have been excellent and their customer service fantastic. Would highly recommend.
