The products are great and I have no complaints.
Sadly my experience overall was not great, I assume a Christmas related blip as my purchases had to be delivered in 3 separate deliveries after re-ordering via conversations with customer services. However customer services (Beth Campbell) were very helpful and great to deal with, hence my overall score. I hope that future serveys will come out as 9 or 10.
