Having placed an order for a pump and three kegs of beer well within the time frame to receive before christmas, I was disappointed that I had only received the kegs of beer, I had to wait until after christmas for the pump. Beer Hawke stated it was the couriers error for the delay.
In fairness Beer Hawke were very helpful as much as they could be to resolve the matter but with the holiday season the late delivery was a let down
