OK - was so excited to get my hubby the advent calender but probably not as excited as he was when he saw it. The glass was broken at the stem and I contacted you saying that I just thought a bit of bubble wrap would probably stabilise the stem in transit but that I was not complaining etc or after anything. You ignored me completely and popped £8.50 into my account - thank you so much. I then ordered an amazing wooden box full of dark and delicious beers for my man along with another 4 x Christmas beers. They arrived promptly like the others also did BUT - again - the most beautiful glass in the 4 pack of beers was broken in transit. It was such a shame as it was quite a gorgeous shape and had snowflakes on it. Now, I know the packaging of this is out of your control but I can let you know that the sub-contracted couriers in our area for your deliveries was DPD and we saw first hand how they lobbed other peoples packages around in the back of their vans. I know not how this can managed but just wanted you to know. I will be back buying more beers for my February birthday boy and love your site and wares MUCH
