There were a number of problems with the order of a beer dispenser and 2 kegs. All arrived separately, and each item required a call/email to beer hawk. The people I delt with were helpful, and arranged for replacement items to be delivered. However only one of the kegs arrived in time for Christmas (it was a Christmas present), and the beer dispenser arrived after New Year which was a bit disappointing.
