Too much packaging! We got a huge box with like 16 slots for one little can!
Out of the 4 beers we ordered, one was not sent. But customer service was excellent - quick and kind, and we received it within a couple of days or so. But, well, with too much packaging.
Oh, and the original order was left outside our door, and not with a neighbour as we had requested. This is a house with pretty much no yard, so a box with "BEER" written on it was left practically on the sidewalk. I guess it was pure luck it was still there when we got home.
