So many issues with this service: 1) I was bought a gift voucher, which didn't work on the site. Your CX person was helpful in replacing this with 'beer tokens', but these (unlike a gift card) cannot be used in conjunction with discount codes, meaning I had to spend more than I intended. 2) My order arrived on time, but only four of the seven items I ordered were in the box. When I contacted you, I as told the warehouse had 'mispicked' and would send the rest out asap. 3) A week later, another box turns up, with only two of the final three items I ordered in it. How can there be two mistakes in one order?? 4) Frustrated by this, I requested a refund on the rest, which despite being told would be fine has not arrived in my account four days later. 5) Finally, your packing is so anti-environmentally friendly. Each order I've received arrives in a huge cardboard box, far larger than required, especially for the order that had two solitary bottles in. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone unless some of these absolute basics were resolved. I'd love this service to work as the idea is great. However in future, until things markedly improve, I will use competitors e.g. Beer 52.
