Had a placed a couple of orders from beer hawk over the Christmas period and service was disappointing. I think they were just overwhelmed with demand and where struggling to cope (plus I think they had recently moved warehouse which is not the best timing). However since the new year I have placed more orders and all have arrived with fast delivery (within a couple of days) and no issues. Any contact I have had with the customer service has been excellent. Will definitely be doing more purchases with beer hawk in the future. I just hope in the future, lessons have been learned and they will be better equipped for the holiday seasons.
