Easy to use website and excellent range of beers. Our only criticism was regarding delivery, which was to our son. Once notified of the delivery date, we telephoned you to advise that in respect of the "deliver to neighbour" option we'd ticked on the order, there was a specific neighbour at a defined address (a neighbour opposite, not next door). Your member of staff stated that the carrier would be informed. The reality was that the carrier tried to deliver to our son's own address on 3 successive days and then left the parcels at the local post office. This in spite of the fact that my son had pinned a note to the front door advising the neighbour's address across the road. When I rang to complain, I was told that it was too risky to deliver to the nominated neighbour - so why have the option on the order form? Regards Peter Griffiths
